Industrial videoscopes, also can be called borescope, endoscope in our industry, which are composed of a display screen and probe. It has a wide range of applications and can be used for car maintenance and pipeline inspection. Which brand of industrial videoscope has better performance? The performance of industrial videoscopes is measured based on their detection function, and there are many types of industrial videoscopes, which can be distinguished from the following two aspects:
Classification by Imaging
1. Electronic videoscopes are used to transmit image signals instead of image beams, which are then processed and converted into video signals by image processing centers. A solid-state camera device is called a CCD image sensor, which is constructed by arranging many photodiodes (pixels) on a silicon substrate, converting the imaging light onto an electrical signal, and then transmitting it out to obtain the image signal accordingly. The structure of electronic videoscopes is basically the same as that of fiber videoscopes, which can be understood as using CCD to replace the guiding beam. Many functions are beyond the reach of fiber videoscopes.
2. Optical cameras completely transmit internal objects to the detector's eyes through the transmission of light without distortion, so the imaging is very fidelity, and it is also the highest clarity among these cameras.
3. The principle of a fiber optic camera is similar to that of an optical camera. In order to enter smaller holes, we choose a fiber optic camera, and the clarity of the fiber optic mirror depends on the number of fiber bundles.
Sort by material
1. Videoscopes that use fiber beams to transmit and guide light, or CCD to transmit images, become flexibility videoscopes. It can be easily accessed and can reach areas that cannot be reached by rigid camera. With bending part can eliminate blind spots. Sampling and treatment can be achieved through biopsy holes. Flexibility videoscopes can also be divided into fiber videoscopes and electronic videoscopes.
2. A rigid videoscope includes 3 major parts: image transmission, illumination, and stomata. The image transmission part is divided into an objective lens, a relay system, and an eyepiece to form a conductive image. The lighting part adopts the method of cold light source with optical fiber penetrating into the territory. The function of the stomata is to provide air, water, and biopsy forceps. Same as above, when choosing an industrial videoscope, you can also refer to the above differentiation. Of course, when choosing an industrial videoscope, you still need to consult with a legitimate manufacturer's agent!
